SAVOY -- A chimney fire grew into a structure fire and damaged a house on River Road Sunday morning.



Peter "P.J." Miner, assistant chief of the Savoy Volunteer Fire Department, said Monday the department was called to the home around 7 a.m., and upon arrival, discovered fire had spread from a wood stove chimney to the wall behind it.]]></description>
