Man charged with

vehicle break-in

A 22-year-old South Annville Township man was arraigned on multiple charges stemming from a vehicle break-in in August.

Glenn A. Burtner Jr., 579 S. Mt. Pleasant Road, was arrested Wednesday on charges of theft from a motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at night, forgery, access device fraud and criminal conspiracy, Cornwall police said.

CRASH: Vehicles driven by Teri L. Callaghan, 43, of 116 American Legion Blvd., Pine Grove, and Brian Zimmerman, 32, of 617 Union St., Lebanon, collided at 1:44 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of East Cumberland Street, police said. Callaghan and Zimmerman were both headed west when Callaghan attempted to make a left turn from the right lane and crossed in front of Zimmerman's vehicle, police said. Callaghan was cited for an illegal lane change.
